1 When you move to Orchestra, we work with you to set up your online share register and/or other details. Based on your requirements, there may be an onboarding charge which we will provide a quote for.
2 Scheme types supported are: Call Options, Loan to Purchase, Phantom or Bonus Shares, Managed Buy-out.
3 12 month minimum term for Concierge service packages. Early cancellation fees may apply – see our
Terms and Conditions for details.
4 Provided through Orchestra’s approved legal partners. Based on your specific requirements, we will provide you a quote for set-up costs. The Concierge service package assumes that the necessary company documents such as Shareholder Agreements are in place.
5 Provided through Orchestra approved tax experts. The ESOP tax information session is a general education session, covering key tax implications relating to applicable ESOP type. It is not for the purpose of receiving specific advice (we recommend discussing this further with your own tax advisor).
